Shipping questions
How long until my order ships?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.
My tracking number shows no information yet
No worries, tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after your label is created. It'll start showing movement once the carrier scans your package.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us right away with your order number and we'll update it. Once shipped, we can't change the address.
My order arrived in separate parcels
That's normal — items are sometimes shipped separately to reach you faster. The rest of your order should arrive within a day or two.
